About Sefton

Sefton graduated in law from Lancaster University and has over 25 years experience as a law lecturer at the Universities of Lancaster, Edge Hill and Cumbria. He has also worked at UKCLE in the past as a seconded ICT advisor.

Sefton is a gifted teacher, twice recognised by Lancaster with awards for teaching and teaching innovation. He specialises in e-learning and is currently Chair of BILETA. Sefton has also long served as an external examiner, currently for LLB courses at Bolton and Hertfordshire and previously for Manchester Metropolitan, Bradford, Strathclyde and Central Lancashire.
